Oval and Elliptical Profiles

Oval profiles and elliptical profiles are manufactured from cold rolled (CR or DKP) raw material coils by using high frequency welding (ERW) in high technology machines according to TS EN 10305-5 and TS EN 10219-2 manufacturing standards.

Oval and elliptical profiles, which can be manufactured in different qualities according to demand, are mainly manufactured from DC01-6112 quality steel coils in the CR and DKP group. It can also be manufactured using special quality raw materials suitable for bending, shaping and forming in line with the needs.

Oval profiles and elliptical profiles manufactured by using cold rolled raw materials can be manufactured conveniently with polishing, chrome plating or similar coatings, with special quality raw materials and high surface quality and minimized sandiness, considering the surface sensitivity.

Oval and elliptical profiles manufactured in standard 6 meters length can be specially manufactured in any desired size between 3 meters and 7 meters upon request.

Fields of Use

Oval profiles and elliptical profiles are frequently used in the manufacturing of office furniture, steel goods and decoration, as well as automotive, store shelves, market trolleys and school desks.

Manufacturing Range

From 10 × 20mm to 32 × 50mm.

Wall thickness

From 0.60mm to 2mm.
