Natural Gas Pipes

Gas pipes used in LPG installations, petroleum lines and natural gas lines are manufactured in TS EN ISO 3183 and API 5L production standards, as black prime painted, in a way with flat-ends or with an opened butt weld.

Natural gas pipes manufactured by high-tech machines are subjected to many mechanical tests and analyzes such as pressure test, leakage test, metallographic inspection and destruction tests, and a test certificate is issued for every natural gas pipe manufactured, as a result of these analyzes.

Natural gas pipes which are normally manufactured in a length of 6 meters as standard can be manufactured in different lengths according to special request.

Natural gas pipes, which can be manufactured in sizes ranging from ½”(21.3 mm) to 12” (323.9 mm) diameter, can be coated with protectors such as protective oil, epoxy, polyethylene according to special request.

Complementary detail features:

Pipe ends: Flat end or butt weld.

Coatings: Black prime painted, with external protective oil, polyethylene (PE) coated, epoxy coated.

Manufacturing Range: DN15 1/2”- DN300 12” (21.3 – 323.9 mm)

Water Pipes

Water pipes are generally used in water installations, fire lines, irrigation lines, compressed air installations, chemical liquid and gas installations, mechanical installations and ventilation systems. Manufactured in accordance with TS EN 10255, TS EN 10217 and ASTM A53 standards, water pipes can be produced according to customer demand, with flat ends, threaded & sleeved, butt welded or diagonal helixed, painted and galvanized.

The water pipes, whose painted types are generally coated with black or brick red paint, are manufactured as galvanized using the hot-dip galvanized coating method, if desired.

Water pipes, which are subjected to many mechanical tests and analyzes, are especially subjected to leakage tests and eddy current tests, and a certificate of analysis is created for every water pipe manufactured as a result of these tests.
