    Box Profiles

    Square profiles and rectangular profiles, which are generally referred to as box profiles, are manufactured from hot rolled (HR) black or cold rolled (CR or DKP) raw material coils using high frequency welding (ERW) according to TS EN 10305-5 and TS EN 10219-2 manufacturing standards, by advanced technology machines.

    Box profiles, which can be manufactured in different qualities according to demand, are mainly manufactured from DC01-6112 quality steel coils in DKP and CR group, and S235JR and S275JR quality steel coils in the HR hot group.

    Box profiles manufactured in a length of 6 meters as standard can be manufactured between 3 meters and 12 meters according to special request.

    High Surface Quality Box Profiles

    Square profiles and rectangular profiles manufactured using cold rolled raw materials can be manufactured precisely and with high surface quality in line with customer needs. Materials can be supplied in a way compatible with polishing, chrome plating or similar coatings.

    Painted & Galvanized Box Profiles

    Box profiles manufactured using hot rolled raw materials can be manufactured by painting with water-based brick red primer paint or by galvanizing in order to prevent corrosion.

    Fields of Use

    Square profiles and rectangular profiles have a wide range of uses. The box profiles needed in the main product group in every field of industry and production are used in the manufacture of furniture, steel goods and structural elements, automotive, machinery, agricultural tools, space roof, construction, warehouse and store shelves.

    Manufacturing Range

    Square Profiles: From 10 × 10 mm to 300 × 300 mm.

    Rectangular profiles: From 10 × 20 mm to 200 × 300 mm.

    Wall thickness: From 0.60 mm to 10 mm.
