Robotic Welding

The ABB Robot - IRB 1520ID, which doubles production capacity, is one of the most powerful solutions in robotic welding. This robot delivers precise and high-quality weld seams with excellent path accuracy while offering high efficiency due to short cycle times. Custom-designed fixtures for project-specific requirements enable faster and higher-volume production, making it capable of handling even challenging welding tasks, such as the assembly of large and thick metal parts, easily despite high current requirements.

Kaymet Metal’s latest technology collaborative robot, GoFa, works safely with human operators to provide flawless welds even at complex joint configurations and difficult angles. ABB’s GoFa robots add speed and efficiency to production processes with their easy-to-use interfaces and graphical programming blocks. These collaborative robots also provide operators with a safe working environment with high safety features, making welding processes even more reliable.

Gas Welding
