The TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 5000 fiber laser cutting machine provides exceptional performance in tube and profile cutting, enabling the fast and precise processing of even the most complex geometries. This advanced system can handle tube profiles ranging from 12 mm to 178 mm in diameter and features a loading capacity of up to 6.5 meters with a product output length of up to 6 meters, allowing for the efficient processing of large-scale materials in a single operation.

With RapidCut technology, it achieves four times faster cutting speeds even on thin materials, significantly reducing production times. The intelligent profile alignment feature and internal and external weld detection enhance process management, ensuring unmatched efficiency in operations.

Hypertherm XPR 300 processes 50 x 50 x 300 x 300 mm profiles up to 15 mm thick and pipes up to 400 mm in diameter with its new generation plasma cutting technology. The machine table measuring 3000x14000 mm facilitates the processing of large-sized sheet metals. This system provides high efficiency in production processes by providing precise and burr-free cuts in laser quality. New generation plasma technology offers precise and burr-free cutting quality by cutting up to 50 mm thick.

Sheet Metal Cutting

In sheet metal cutting operations, the TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 Fiber laser cutting machine has the capacity to cut aluminum c and HR/CR metal sheets up to 25 mm, copper up to 20 mm, stainless steel sheets and chrome up to 35 mm. It allows processing of large-sized sheets with its 1500x3000 mm tables.

With Edgeline Bevel technology, it performs beveling and weld preparation with high precision.

Dener Fiber Laser GFL-3015 15kW offers the possibility of processing 20 mm brass, 15 mm copper, 35 mm aluminum, 35 mm HR/CR sheet, stainless steel sheet and chrome. It enables fast cutting, with a 2000 x 6000 table size and high kW power.
